New members: Age limit

Hello,
Lately there has been a discussion about the age limit. Tonight there will be an officers meeting about it. The current age limit is 15, but we have had some applications of people below 15.
My suggestion is: 15 is the age limit, but if you know a member in the clan that wants to vouch for you, you can get in, but your observation time is doubled, so we get some extra time to judge your maturity.
Let's hear some opinions about it guys.

I agree with Klif, under 15 invite only. Cause well.. I dont want immature 12 year olds in the clan
